Annie has more than 20 years of experience in the property industry.
She founded and personally managed her own Real Estate Agency in Johannesburg, SA and was instrumental in introducing a prominent UK Commercial Brokerage to South Africa. This work involved representing many UK Companies investing in South Africa and visa versa.
Annie worked for the largest Real Estate Company in the Southern Hemisphere marketing and selling property before being appointed as Director of Business Development.
This position involved working with numerous international clients, properties and professionals. Annie then relocated to London and continued working for the Company in the same capacity. This experience gave Annie the opportunity to establish herself in the UK and build a sound knowledge of the London property market. More importantly, Annie understands the complexities of property transactions that are vital to clients purchasing property in London. Annie lives in Central London and has a keen understanding of the challenges which purchasers and investors who live abroad are faced with when investing in a property in the UK.
These factors motivated her to establish G&McC. Annie’s property knowledge and experience, coupled with her warmth and empathy has equipped her with the credibility and trust that is necessary to cosset clients. Many clients are people who Annie has dealt with previously and they remember the ‘feel good factor’ of an experience with someone they trusted and could identify with. This results in word of mouth marketing, and builds a property network which a most valuable asset.

Fern McCullagh - Director
Having moved to London from South Africa over fourteen years ago Fern experienced all the related challenges and stresses incurred in such a move. During the past decade Fern ran her own company specializing in relocation, home and property search, advising and providing a relocation service for individuals, families and executives of multinational corporations.
As a result, Fern is exceptionally well informed and has a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the London property market.
There are many nuances to finding property to buy or rent in and around London and Fern is exceptionally well informed. It was a natural progression to start G&McC and Fern’s ability to assess solid investments, especially on a buy-to-let basis, is a valuable asset to our clients. She also brings multi cultural sensitivity to the table having been brought up in South Africa with a French background and also having worked for many years with clients from all over the world. This, coupled with a strong understanding of people’s needs and excellent area knowledge, enables her to successfully match people to property.
